Employee exit interviews can be a useful tool for the company that constantly desires to improve their workplace. These interviews can also identify potential threats to the company in the future by disgruntled employees. As a third party, WCI can effectively conduct these interviews with the goal of obtaining the most reliable and foundation based information from the employee. WCI will then provide a full report to the client outlining the interview and any recommendations stemming from the interview.
